The ACCTI Value Base
ACCTI's core value base draw from its Christian beliefs. These include: its work ethics, responsibility for doing a good job where quality is considered as an important aspect of professionalism and that in governance, there is need to shift from a hierarchical to a more participatory approach where staff feel heard and affirmed and in organizational culture where space and time can be set aside for prayer, quiet time and reflection at individual and also at corporate level.

ACCTI Theraupitic Approach
The ACCTI approach is holistic recognizing that the human person consists of mind, body and spirit/soul.  Approaches that assist in the physical health and psychological well-being and spiritual development are encouraged. The counsellors also are encouraged and nurtured in their search for wholeness.

CORE VALUES
In order to achieve its Vision and mission, ACCTI will be committed to a number of core values:

1. Inspiration by Biblical Principles
ACCTI will serve all that come irrespective of their religious leaning. This is in keeping with the Christian Faith that provides service indiscriminately and based on the compassion of the Lord and savior Jesus Christ. ACCTI will strive to maintain its identity as a Christian oriented Counseling center while being sensitive to the different forms in which this identity is expressed. ACCTI shall evaluate everything that it does through the grid of its vision and mission and demonstrate Christ-like character in affirming that all people are made in God's image.

2. Integrity at personal and Organizational levels
ACCTI will uphold the value of integrity in all its work. It will put organizational interests before personal interests. In the discharge of its duties it will seek to demonstrate prudence, honesty, transparency and accountability in all its actions. Duties will be assigned in such a way as to avoid conflict of interests at all levels. ACCTI will seek to exercise prudence and utmost honesty in acquiring and using organizational resources. This will include staff commitment to the practice of integrity through personal and organizational accountability in lifestyle, relationship finances and management.

3. Stewardship
ACCTI will seek to be good stewards of opportunities and resources entrusted to them. In doing this, ACCTI will remain accountable for both the achievements of desired results and for the prudent use of the human, physical and financial resources.

4. Humility
ACCTI will serve with humility in affirming and upholding dignity. Humility here recognizes that it will seek to improve continuously through on-going learning and evaluation by others.

5. Excellence
ACCTI will remain committed to maintaining and developing a Centro of excellence and strive to do everything to the best of its ability. ACCTI will be committed to hard work and challenge other efforts that present mediocre performance.

6. Love and compassion
ACCTI is committed to providing services with the compassion of Jesus Christ. This will drive it to go an extra mile in assisting people realize their full potential.
